RESOURCES
The Somatic Counsel resource page is a library of writings Lee finds helpful, arranged and offered by topic. Some of these are traditional self-help nonfiction books and informational articles, and many of the titles below are literary memoirs or personal essays. These mediums offer readers a chance to learn the vivid details of other people’s lives in a way that helps us find ourselves in these narratives. To read these works is to learn how the author has made meaning of their struggles, pains, and triumphs. This can be particularly powerful as we consider our own experience.
